In-Line Vane Separators

Centrifugal Separators | Vane Type Separators | Gas Liquid Separators

This type of separator is used when high liquids loadings and slugging are not present. These separators feature our exclusive chevron vane separator internal design. The following models fit this application: CH and CLH.

Material: Any material that can be formed or welded.
Guarantee: 99.9% of all particles 5 microns and larger.

CH                            Use: Horizontal for removal of any liquids in a vapor stream.


Operating Range: 0% to 130%
 

Features: Handles liquids loadings up to 25%. Storage capacity as required. This unit has a very low pressure drop.
 

Precaution: Not recommended for removal of solids only.
 

Internal Type: Chevron

CLH                           Use: Horizontal for removal of liquids in a vapor stream.


Operating Range: 0% to 130%
 

Features:

1. Very low pressure drops.

2. Excellent separation efficiency at fluctuating flows.

3. Can be furnished with a boot for liquid storage.

Precaution: Not recommended for removal of solids only. Liquid loadings should not exceed 10%.
